We provide on-site installation in the United States when a complete endoscopy video system is purchased.

SHIPPING

How is shipping handled?

Our products and repairs are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, or DHL unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges including duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Can you ship equipment anywhere?

Flex Endoscopy ships items worldwide. However, it is important to contact us to ensure proper shipping charges

Can I use my shipping account number?

We do accept FedEx shipping account numbers. You can also use your carrier for pick up from our location.

PAYMENT

Endoscopy Equipment Repair How can I pay for my order? What are payment terms?

Payments at Order: You can pay at the time of your order by Visa, MasterCard, or electronic wire transfer of funds. Please call us directly for our wire transfer information.

Payment on Receipt of Merchandise: Payment may also be made by cash, cashier's check, company check, or money order upon receipt of merchandise.

Credit: An approved credit application is required before credit terms can be established. Initial orders are prepaid or C.O.D. only.

What are the payment terms when Flex Endoscopy buys my used equipment?

Payment on Receipt of Merchandise: Payment may be made by cash, cashier's check, company check, or money order upon receipt of the merchandise. We reserve the right to return items or agree on a lower value, if the equipment, when received, is not in the condition that was agreed upon at the time of the order. All endoscopes must have legitimate serial numbers.

WARRANTIES

Refurbished EndoscopesWhat kind of warranty do you offer?

Most of our pre-owned equipment is fully refurbished to meet the original manufacturer’s specifications and is covered by a 180-day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise stated. Flex Endoscopy’s warranty, if any, will be immediately VOID if any attempted or actual repairs or damage are incurred by buyer.

Do you have a return policy?

If you wish to return merchandise, your request must be made within five (5) days of the receipt of your merchandise. Equipment being returned must be unused,  still in its original condition, and shipped prepaid.
